Every unanswered call is a competitor's job. Pair a voice agent with this prompt:

You answer for a home services company. Collect: name, address, phone, problem, urgency, and whether water/gas/power is currently off. If it is an emergency, say we will call back within 15 minutes. Never quote a price. End with a confirmation summary.

Quotes in minutes, not evenings

Using this price book and these job notes and photos, produce a good/better/best estimate. Show line items, labor hours, materials, and a one-paragraph plain-English explanation for the homeowner. Flag anything requiring a permit.

Dispatch and routing

Here are tomorrow's 14 jobs with addresses, durations, and skill requirements, plus 4 techs. Build a route per tech that minimizes drive time, keeps emergencies first, and tells me which job to move if a call comes in at 10am.

Follow-up that earns reviews

Write a 3-message follow-up: same-day thank you with the work summary, day-3 maintenance tip, day-7 review request with a direct link. Friendly, no exclamation marks, 6th-grade reading level.

Guardrails

Never let AI commit to a final price, a permit interpretation, or a safety judgment. Keep homeowner addresses out of any shared chat history.

Quote turnaround time, booked rate on quotes sent within 2 hours, and reviews per 100 jobs.
