About Pleasant Oak

What does Pleasant Oak Solutions do?
We help small businesses choose the right AI tools for their actual workflow and implement them, and we design and build small business websites that attract and convert real customers. Most clients pair a new website with one AI tool — a chatbot, a content engine, or a lightweight CRM.
Who do you typically work with?
Small businesses, local service providers, professional practices, and early-stage startups. If you have a real problem to solve and a real budget, we're a good fit.
Where are you located and where do you serve?
Our mailing address is in Temecula, California, and we work remotely with small businesses across the United States. Our strongest markets are San Diego, Los Angeles, Seattle, Denver, Dallas, Atlanta, and Washington DC — but we can help wherever you're based in the US.

AI consulting

How does the AI recommendation process work?
You complete a short intake covering your goal, monthly budget, and your team's comfort with new software. We research the landscape and return a written recommendation with 2–3 specific tools, pricing, and a setup plan. You can implement it yourself, or hire us to do it.
What if AI is not the right answer for my business?
We'll tell you. Not every problem is an AI problem. If a simpler fix — a better form, a scheduling link, a new page on your site — will solve the issue, that's what we'll recommend.
Do I need to know anything about AI to work with you?
No. Our job is to translate the noisy AI market into a clear, small step you can actually take. If you can describe how your business works today, we can take it from there.

Websites and design

Do you build websites, or only recommend AI tools?
Both. Building small business websites is one of our core specialties. We treat every site like it's our own storefront — fast, clear, mobile-first, and built to convert visitors into customers.
How long does a website project take?
Most small business sites launch within 4–6 weeks from kickoff, depending on how much content and functionality you need. You'll get a clear timeline in your proposal before we start.
Do I own my website when the project ends?
Yes. On delivery and full payment you own the final deliverables — your code, copy, and content. Third-party components like fonts, stock photos, plugins, and SaaS platforms remain governed by their own licenses. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Pricing, payments, and refunds

How much do you charge?
Our Pricing page lists current rates for the free audit, the paid detailed audit report, and typical website and AI implementation ranges. Larger engagements are quoted in a written proposal after a short discovery call.
How do I pay?
All payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay by card, and we send Stripe-generated receipts automatically. We never handle or store card numbers directly.
What's your refund policy?
If you cancel before the work is delivered, you get a full refund. Once the report or engagement has been delivered, all sales are final. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.
Do you offer a trade-in for my existing website?
Yes. If you already have a live site launched within the last 5 years, our Website Trade-In Program credits up to 10% of your setup fee toward a new build. Eligibility rules and the full legal terms are on the Trade-In Program page.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied where required by law and shown before you complete checkout.

Working with us

How do we get started?
The fastest path is the free website audit — you get a scored report on your current site with prioritized issues, and we get enough context to have a useful conversation. From there we can book a consult or send a written proposal.
What happens after my site launches?
You can leave with just the site, or add an ongoing support subscription for updates, monitoring, and small changes each month. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your client portal.
How is my data handled?
We only collect what we need to do the work — contact details, project files, and billing records — and we don't sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of what we collect, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.
