Retail storefront with product shelves

Retail wins on catalog quality and speed of reply. Both are text problems, which makes them Claude problems.

Catalog at scale

For each row of this CSV, write a 40-word product description, 5 bullet features, an SEO title under 60 characters, and 8 tags. Keep the brand voice in <sample>. Never invent materials, sizes, or certifications — if a spec is missing, write MISSING.

Three-step workflow

Support macros

Turn our 20 most common tickets into macros. Each: subject, 80-word body, and a variable list. Tone: direct, warm, no filler apologies.

Merchandising questions

Here is 90 days of sales by SKU. Which 10 SKUs tie up the most cash relative to sell-through? Suggest a markdown ladder and the two bundles most likely to move dead stock.

Prompt template cards

Campaigns

Build a 5-email launch sequence for <product>. Angle each email differently: problem, proof, objection, use case, urgency. Subject lines under 42 characters.

Guardrails

No invented compliance claims (organic, FDA, UL, sustainability). Keep customer PII out of prompts; use order IDs.

Privacy shield

Measure

Products published per hour, first-response time, and sell-through on discounted SKUs.
