- What counts as a monthly edit?
- Text changes, new photos, price and hours updates, a new service block, a seasonal banner — the everyday changes that otherwise sit on your to-do list for months. Bigger builds get quoted separately, and we tell you before any work starts.
- What happens if my site goes down?
- We're monitoring it, so in most cases we know before you do and it's already being fixed. Restoring from backup is part of the plan, not an extra.
- Do I have to have a site you built?
- No. We take on sites we didn't build after a short review — occasionally a site is built on something we can't safely support, and we'll tell you honestly rather than take the money.
- Can I pay yearly?
- Yes, and it costs less than twelve monthly payments. Annual pricing is shown with each plan below.
