Wildflower Weddings booked their 2026 season by December 2025
A style-and-package quiz plus a live availability checker turned Instagram DMs into signed contracts — and let the owner stop working nights. Contract volume follows the wedding calendar: late-spring and early-fall are the peaks, mid-summer heat and deep winter are quieter, and January picks up again as engagement season inquiries convert.
Signed contracts per month
How we modeled thisContract counts are pulled from the planner's signed-contract log. The chart shows a typical 6-month window; wedding-industry seasonality (late-spring and early-fall peaks) is real seasonal demand, not a modeled uplift.
The challenge
Every inquiry started with 'are you available?' followed by 8 emails to figure out budget fit. The owner was answering DMs at 11pm from her couch.
What we built
- ▸Live date-availability checker gated behind a quick qualifier
- ▸Style-and-package AI quiz (garden, coastal, ranch, ballroom) with mood-board output
- ▸Vendor referral routing for out-of-scope inquiries (florals-only, elopements)
- ▸Automated post-event review capture wired to The Knot and WeddingWire
Results after 6 months
- ✓2026 wedding season fully booked by Dec 15, 2025 (vs Feb historically)
- ✓Inquiry-to-consult qualified rate: 71%
- ✓Owner cut evening email time from ~14 hrs/wk to under 2
"I got my evenings back and booked earlier than I ever have. The math is embarrassing."
